Rental case

I live in Kolkata, My father has 6 flats out of which three flat owners are dead and there wifes too. there sons stayed for 5 years. Now I want to leave the house. How can I proceed.

Hi,

how 3 flat owners are dead when when you father has 6 flats? If you want to leave you can leave no need to get anyone's permisson.

It appears that you have not been able to convey the real issue. What is the issue - you want to leave the father's property or you want to evict the tenants from father's property?
