Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a critical situation in Mumbai redevelopment where a builder has delayed the project, failed to pay rent, and arbitrarily changed plans. The builder has also transferred development rights to a third party and is facing other legal actions. The affected parties have sent a legal notice and are now being denied access to their properties. Legal recourse through RERA, consumer forums, or police complaints for cheating and intimidation is advised.
