Rent information

hello, our landlord has 11 shops. this year only 3 shops rent increased  by landlord. Other 8 tenants  paying the rent on old rates whereas rent increament conditions were same for all. . what is the legal way to to  ask the information about 8 tenants. What we should do in this case.  Can we get information by filing suit in  consumer Forum/civil court.

Quick Summary
A tenant is questioning why their landlord has selectively increased rent for only some of their 11 shops, while others remain on old rates despite similar rental agreement conditions. They are seeking legal advice on how to obtain information about the other 8 tenants and what actions can be taken, including potentially filing a suit or sending a notice to the other tenants. The discussion also touches upon the relevance of the information sought and the potential application of the Rent Act of the state.
