Rent Fixation

Dear sir/madam;

I need your help, please try to solve my problem which is explain in attache file. I want to go SDO court for rent fixation as per Gov. mentioned rent state wise. How to suit a petition in sdo court. please explain it in detail.

Sir

According to me there is no need to go to the SDO for rent fixesion. you must go to the cilvil court for injuction against illegal evection & nuiesance creat by the landlord
