Dear Sirs,
If a tenant has not paid the rent for 4 months & later tenant tried to pay thru money order for 1month only. but the land lord refused to receive. Can the land lord evict tenant ? there is no paper agreement between Tenant & land lord. with the police station case only can land lord evict the tenant.
