Respected Sir,
I have executed a rental deed before 11 months. if I have that same agreement (without making a fresh one) after the tenure, is it okay ?. This is, if the tenant want to continue further?.
Can you please tell me the repurcussions, if the rental agreement is not executed after its tenure?

it is better to renew each year after completion of 11 months, if there is any increase in rental part or if not also, for the sake of both the parties.
