RENT AGREEMENT

11 months rent agreement without notarization is also admissible in the court ?

Quick Summary
An 11-month rent agreement generally does not require registration or notarisation to be considered valid. However, for it to be admissible in court, it's advisable to register the agreement with the sub-registrar and pay the applicable stamp duty and registration charges. This ensures the agreement holds legal weight.
