Rent

Dear Sir,

I got one shared room PG acomodation in pune through broker , He gave me reciept of the deposite 1.5 months brokerage and one month rent. In totallity i paid 17500 RS and still I have not recieved any agreement I feel like I have been cheeted by room mates and landlord. Now they have stollen my mobile I have lost lot of money visiting and convincing them for agreement.

They have charged me very high rent 5000 RS. per month on sharing room basis

Please can you tell me what to do. ?

Broker :- Asmit realities pune.

Landlord :- Mrs Parab

Is people doing M tech or Other studies are allowed to take up PG acomodation under education benefites
