We are 6 lessees in a bldg. There was a 50 yr lease which expired. There was a clause which said if lessor and lessee cannot agree on a buyout then the lease is to renew on the same terms for another 50. 2 members would like to renew 4 would like to try to settle with landlord. Since the lease was collectively given to all 6, Would the 2 members have to give in to the majority and terminate the lease? Can the 2 file suit to get declaratory judgment as lessees ?
