Dear Mr. Singh,

The term Rendition means rendering or to reveal or to disclose. Usually the term rendition of accounts is used in legal parlance when an induvidual / entity is called upon by another to render the true and proper accounts of the funds held by him / it failing which a suit for rendition of accounts can be filed to compel the person to disclose the accounts.

Thanks, Ramakrishnan, ADV

if there is a joint trial between same parties, one for rendition of accounts and other a money suit, will an application lie to take up the trial of  rendition of accounts first, when the transaction pertains to running account.
