Sir...My father is a farmer in a village,on 2007 our neighbor farmer filed a case against to my father{ act 324} the case was acquitted in 2012......After that in 2015 one incident happen that some people files an fake case against to father 307 attempt to murder case FIR was filed....After FIR the police officers not made any investigation,open a rowdy sheet on my father's name after opening rowdy sheet they made investigation the case was then the case was changing sections.the case 324,405.then am asking in RTI to police officers reasons for opnng a rowdy sheet.....they given that
1)1st case on 2007 (the case was acquitted on 2012)rowdy sheet opened on 2015
2)2nd case 107 they given a wrong case this case not in my father's name
3)2015 the case they mention 307 but in charge sheet this section was erased
Now my father has only one case that is 324 405 these sections only
How to solve this issue
