Remove tneb hd line from the agriculture land

How can I remove the tneb hd line from my agriculture land? Please advice me.

No Sir, I'm NOT used those hd line.

Actually those 6 poles were kept in the year 1998 so now I'm not able to cultivate anything peacefully which gives lt of problems to me. Can you please tell me how to take action to remove by free of cost? Can I file the case against it. if yes will the tneb remove all and place the pole in roadside area?
