Hello All,
We have bought home in 2013 where co-owners are My Mother, My Brother and Myself.
Also taken home loan from Bank Of Maharastra with co-applicant are My Mother, My Brother and Myself.
My brother and myself are earning persons but my mother is house-wife.
Keeping my mother name in home loan as co-applicant doesn't add any value.
I would like to remove my mother's name so that my brother and myself can claim 50:50 Tax-benefit.
Please suggestion what is the procedure to remove co-applicant name.
NOTE: My mother still will be co-owner.
