Reliance Communications installed their tower in our premises and agreement expired 8 months ago and informed the concern telecom company to vacate the tower well in prior(6 months before agreement expiry date)but till they are vacating and they saying that they will vacate only Telecom Instruments and generators but the antenna and Civil Constructions to be removed by property owner and house owner have the bear the expenses for removal of antenna & Civil works. Pls let us know, What to do?.We had informed to them remove all Civil Construction and Antenna and handover the Space as we given but no response from their side.
