Dear All,
I have filed an application for amendment of pleadings under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC. The Hon'ble District Court has partly allowed the application by accepting few prayers and rejecting others.
May I request you to suggest the way forward against the said order of the Hon'ble Court. Whether a writ petition under Article 227 of the COI or a Civil Revision application under CPC will be filed as a remedy against the said order.
