remedies for non registration of FIR

can we approch u/s 190 as a compaint in this??

Quick Summary
If the police refuse to register your First Information Report (FIR), there are several legal avenues you can pursue. Initially, you can lodge a complaint with the Station House Officer (SHO) under CRPC 154(1). If this is unsuccessful, escalate the matter to the Superintendent of Police under CRPC 154(3). Should these steps fail, you can then approach a magistrate court with a complaint under CRPC 156(3) and/or 190.

First try complaint to SHO, police station under CRPC 154(1)

If not succeeded

then try complaint to Superintendent of Police under CRPC 154(3)

If not succeeded

then

go for 156(3) and/or 190 in a magistrate court
