Remedies against promoters

delay in handing over property by promoter,common work not finished,defect in completed works,denying responsibility in getting tax,eb ,drainage

Besides a consumer complaint, as advised by expert Mr. Kavksatyanarayana, which I agree. you have an option to seek appropriate relief under the provisions of RERA. through a local prudent lawyer.
