Remedies against promoters

delay in handing over property by promoter, common work not finished, defect in completed works, denying responsibility in getting tax,eb ,drainage

Quick Summary
If your property promoter is delaying handover, leaving common areas unfinished, or delivering defective work, you have recourse. You can file a complaint with the District Consumer Forum. Additionally, seeking relief under RERA through a local lawyer is a viable option for addressing issues like tax, EB, and drainage responsibilities.

Besides a consumer complaint, as advised by expert Mr. Kavksatyanarayana, which I agree. you have an option to seek appropriate relief under the provisions of RERA. through a local prudent lawyer.
