When they take divorce, their registration of that marriage gets cancelled. So, if they remarry, they have to get it registered again afresh. The procedure is same for registration.

After the divorce decree,you cannot marry until 90 days as per the laws of the land....After that same procedure needs to be followed to solemnize the marriage.
