Both the parties want the sepration.

As per Hindu Marriage act any marriage done before getting a formal decree of divorce from a competent court is a void marriage. So it is suggested that first get a proper divorce decree (even if its a mutual divorce) and then only re-marry.

Is there any additional 30 days notice for No-objection required for re-marriage? Assuming 30-days of appeal period are already completed after Divorce

Get a certified copy of the decree wait for 30 days & remarry on 31st day............no problems!

I am assuming the 30 days you mentioned starts from the date of order.
