Remarriage after mutual consent divorce

Sir, I have recently got Mutual Consent Divorce order / decree from the court. May I do remarriage immediately? Is there any time period to wait for remarriage? Please advice me.

there is no appeal against mcd decree.so you can remarry immediately

I heard somewhere it is 90 days. Please check.

If your marriage has been dissolved by Mutual Consent, you can remarry next day itself.... and as opioned and replied by XYZ question of 90 days comes only when Ex-Parte Decree of Divorce has been passed
