you need to wait for 90 days from date of passing of decree for getting remarried..

Sanjeev is right though the act has not specifically prescribed the time when a divorced persons can may marry, but reading Sec 15 of Hindu Marriage Act is clear that after expiry of appeal period if no appeal is prefered or afert dismissal of appeal if filed, either of the party can marry again.
