Reliving latter

Hello everyone, Kindly suggest me what to do in my situation, actually in my previous company my senior forcefully took my resignation, and when I joined another company then my previous company hr ask me to serve 3 month notice period now I already joined somewhere and they are asking for my reliving latter but my previous company hr not providing me. Kindly help me out.

what does your joining agreement say about notice period?

If I resign myself then I have to serve 3 month notice period.

Like i said, it depends on the terms of agreement.
