We are three sister and one brother. My brother is living in the property of my father who died and didnt leave any will. There are two properties joint. My brother has decided to give me one flat in one property and the other in next plot. My sisters will get one each in one property. We want to partition the property. I want the two flats in my name and the power to sell them also. We went to the documentation center and they are telling us for one property only one RD can be made. If my brother gets the RD made in his name I am not certain he will give me my share. Also one more property is in Kaushambi ghaziabad, that is also my share how do I get my RD made in Ghaziabad?
