My dear friend, You mean you want to become christain  if so first you have to approach christain missionery and take baptaism.  Hindu marriage act has no relevance. It is useful for marriage amoing Hindus only.

Mr .Ratnasekar. the Hindu Marriage Act did not speak about conversions from one religion to another it meant fo Hindu religion about what marriages are void or voidable and  grounds for dissolution of marriage and alimony to petitiner wife alone will be discussed
