Although they have said orally on the last day of working at office. Now it is been 3 months completely over, they are not answerin to my mails, follow up & even i went to office for collecting the documents. they say they are busy, they shall call me next week.

In response to your query,

You have the option of requesting that your employer issue the relieving letter right away. If he refuses, serve him with a legal notice requiring that he issue the relieving letter and salary slips as soon as possible. If he refuses to comply, take legal action against him. Company should provide the relieving letter without any issue in ethical way, if they denied its illegal.
