relief from 125 CR. pc

My client did not pay maintainance for 3 years. he is presently not working also. he is living with his old father and mother. Two misc. exe are being filed by the greedy wife. warrants are issued by lower court also. Maintainance order are being passed of Rs 10000 on 2012-13. wife harassing husband deliberately. Need some remedies for husband..?
