we are 4 brothers and 3 sisters. i recently filed a partition suit. court denied injunction but accepted the application for appointment of a receiver. the hearing date is in august.
my brothers are trying to forge the books to get advantage in their defence. also renting a part of property to earn good amount of income denying me the share.
can i apply for immediate relief. whats the procedure.

the court has already appointed a Reciever then why to worry? Even if other brother is renting the property the Reciever will take custody of the benefits out of it or keep proper accounts.
