I have purchased a site in Bangalore, but registered the property Only in the name of my younger sister. Now i am willing to take over part of this site. Could you suggest, if a release deed or gift deed a viable option and what is the stamp duty applicable for respective options.

You better go for Gift Deed from your sister and charges is also less compare with releas deed
