Instance:The intended use of flat in an apartments was meant for residentail which is mentioned in the Sale Deed. After a lapse of time, now the flat owner is letting out the flat for "commercial(office purpose) as such the other flat owners object the same. inspite of that he has let out for office purpose.
Query: what remedies are available against the flat owner under the civil law to eject the tenant and take appropriate action against the flat owner in the above cited instance.
kindly elucidate it.
