sir
i am vineeth working as staff nurse in private hospital i herad about private hospitals are under the shop act.,
as per shop act after 7 pm womens cant work in shops and there is some excemption are there hospital had this., but nowdays i heared that the excemption in the private hospital is still not valid.,
so pls can u give the correct details about this case if any order can u give that details

The order, which was issued under provisions of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Karnataka Rules, 1974 noted that women cannot be employed at night without their consent. The Labour Department has imposed 15-conditions for hiring services of women during night time.
The guidelines cautioned that violation of conditions imposed would lead to withdrawal of licence.
