we, 5 friends bought 10 acres of agriculture land in tamilnadu.. we made single sale deed in our names. now after two years one of our friends wants to get realsed from the property.. now my query is:
should the realease deed be made to other four persons or can he do it to any one of the four individual partners.. if so how..
