Guidelines for the tele marketers to register as tele marketers

Registration is compulsory

1. Present tele marketers must register with TRI
2. It is an online registration procedure www.nccptrai.gov.in
3. Regn. Fee Rs.1000/- and Consumer Education Fees Rs.9000/-
4. No Part Payemnts
5. Fees can be paid thru., online or it can be paid at Corporation Bank Branches.
6. Registration Number will be issued after the receipt of application and fees.
7. After the registration all regd., tele marketers to get the service it is necessary to make an agreement with Access Providers.
8. Access providers have no right to provide the service to any tele marketers to provide the service unless they are regd., with TRI.
9. Regn, period is 3 years unless it is cancelled in advance.
10. Tele Marketrs list can be had at wwwnccptrai.gov.in.
