Registry of land

There is one property which was alloted to grandfather in 1955.

it came to the knowledge of grandsons in the year 2019.

a third party has encroached upon the above land and has constructed apartments.

There is no will of grandfather and his name for that property is registered in the revenue office.

Grandsons want to share this disputed land, can they do so, if yes what's the procedure?

you need to check 7/12 or akihiv patrika for records of your grandfathers name. then file a civil suit to remove the people from there based on that evidence. You can also simultaneously apply for injunction .and finally apply for partition after you have the land
