For a security agency if an office is established , it has to be registered as shops and commerical establshiment only for the persons employed in the officer and forthis you have to fill the required farm and deposit the fee according to number of persons employed furthert teh contract if any more than 20 persons youhave to get a license under Contract Labour and aboliton Act , 1970 after getting a certificate from principal employer.for more infomation contract 9450362743
