Whether a society can register along with list of memebrs and issue a share certificate is sufficient for the ownership of a house or it is necessary for individual to get the property registered (located at Ahmedabad).for a house purchased from the builder.

For a better title of the property,it should be registered in concerned sub registrar office after paying stamp duty and registration charges in the name of the purchaser by executing it by the seller/builder or developer whoever it may be, apart from the steps what you have narrated in your query.
