My Client, A Developer has entered into a Development agreement with the Landpwner on 50:50 ratio, please let me know what will be the stamp duty for registration of the said Development agreement and if the landowner executes the power of Attorney to the Developewr with construction on the land and to sell Developer's allocation then will the registration of power attract stamp duty.
