Registration of decree

Whether it is necessary for all the plaintiffs in a consent decree (whereby declaration of title of immovable property is granted in their favour) to present the document (decree sheet) for registration before the Registering Officer or is it sufficient that any one of them presents the document for registration?

if the Decree is  to be Registered / entered in the Records of the Sub Registrar , the Decree   to be sent by Concerend Court which pased the decree  to the SRO for necessary entries !

on  Application of the Parties to the suit /Decree ,  at the tiem of preparation of Decree  a copy of the Decree to  be forwarded  , after receiving the Deceree by SRO it can be  attended by the party by payment of any necessary charges /Stamps / Fee etc !

Mr. Rao

My query is whether it is mandatory for all the plainitffs to remain present or it is sufficient if any one of them is present at the time of registration of the decree.
