Hi,
I am in the process of buying a flat which is under construction.
My home loan from HDFC is approved. Now they want me to submit documents, one of which is "Registration of the Agreement of Sale"
I have the Agreement of Sale, now what needs to be done to get the same registered.
I am located at Kolkata, West Bengal

Yes even Agreement of Sale has to be registered ,u can register the same agreement what u have with u,u havent mentioned how many months old the said agreement of sale is?
