Registration of a sale agreement

Sale agreement can be registered, there is no limitation.

However, during pendency of a suit, there will be restrictions / restrainments, which depend upon facts and circumstances of each case.

Sale agreement can be registered at any time .Registration of  sale agreement  during pendency of suit depends  on order of court so better obtain guidance of your lawyer in this regard.

If there is no restrcition by any court of law nor there is any injunction order pending against the property, then the sale agreement can be registered as proposed.

Generally it is not advisable to transact with the suit property duirng the pendency of a litigaiton

If the property is pending in the court then the Sub Registrar cannot accept registration if he knows that the property is in court pending.
