Sir,
We are a small group of about 30-60 and we need to register our group as per the law, since we all are fighting for the social cause which is mainly related to the employees and their welfare.
We all are from different parts of the nation and we are not working in the same organization and now we want to register the group.
Please let us know what the procedure is …also how to go about for this.

Register a society or trust. Identify a place where you want to have your registered office then visit your nearest registrar with related documents.

Thanks for your quick response and my apologize for the belated reply,further for the above query.
1.Whether it is necessary to have a structure in the society or trust (Like Secretary,President etc..)
2.Is it necessary to show the office premises.
3.May i know specifically what are the related documents.
4.Can anybody else can register the other society or trust in the name which we have already registered..
