Should I register a Leave and License Agreement through efiling portal from Maharashtra government for using the premises for only storage purposes for only 6 months. Is the agreement legally viable for commercial purpose of storing materials.
I have seen efiling done only for residential purposes and not for commercial purpose Hence, the query.
