registration

In one case, a women has filed dvc case against her husband and in-laws. before she coming to her parents house and revealing before them her husband's impotency, father-in-law purchased a two wheeler on this women name. she don't that they have just pretended as if they bought in her name or actually bought oh her name but before she coming to her parents house her husband took signature on registration form of vehicle from this women. now can she claim that two-wheeler back, because she is not sure that the vehicle they have registered on her name, moreover she know only number before registration not the actual registration number. Her main tension is if that if in-laws use that vehicle for illegal purpose, then she will be caught if the vehicle is registered on her name and if she claims that vehicle she is not sure that it is registered on her name. please suggest the answers.
