Can we register a society/association in Delhi with a regd address of Delhi but the apartment complex for which it is meant is in Gurgaon (Haryana)? Will the Registrar of Societies accept a registration based on where the regd add is located or based on where the appt complex is located? As the apartments are not yet ready, so we cannot give that address of Gurgaon, hence one of the members is giving his own add in Delhi as society address.
