The sale deed both father n son as seller is that correct procedure. This is because son name not enteted in records but have passbook on son name, no title deed on son, but after reg, he got title deed. If not what all the supporting documents I need to take from them, they say don't have any sale deeds etc, how partition could be done without any docs. There should be some deeds must be there. also father have one daughter we got it signed a noc on 100 judicial bond. Please let me know what documents I have to ask. Mutation not done. Let me its valid or invalid. Because mutation not going through.
