Regarding women's rights in ancestor property

Recent judgment has reiterated that if father is alive or not the women(coparcener) has equal right in ancestor property,can the heirs of the corparcener has the right to apply for partition of ancestor property.

1. ALL the "residual legal heirs" are entitled to execute a mutually agreeable registered "Partition Deed" and in the event of non-cooperation may file a "Partition Suit" in the local civil court, with supporting /relevant documentary evidences.

Yes,legal heirs of woman ( coparcener ) are entitled to get share in ancestral property.
