but what she wants, werther she knows the address of her husband ,
she wants divorce or if she knows the address and she wants to live with him, or maintenance.

She is mother of one boy of 9 years.
she also lodged a case u/s. 498-A and the same is dissmised due juricdicition
but now he wants to go with him and he is also agreed but his mother is not agreed and due to that he did not talk to her

who is agree and who's mother is not agree , if husband's mother is not ready than go to a rented house. but in that case don't file any legal case against
husband or his parents it will go against leady. better to solve the problem on table

what if the nature of girl is quite harsh and was having several affairs and boy left his home and living alone with his wife as girl gave her threating of 498a.even after leaving home she keeps on torturing boy.taunting and beating of boy is daily routine?????wat to do in that case whe girl know that 498 a is the strongest weapon for her . and boy and his family are puppets of her hand
