regarding wel(kuwa) dispute

My grandfather, has build a well(kuwa) in 1981,in partnership with other person whos land is used for well. There is a registration of shares in mutation 9:5:3 . One more person added, we have been using that water since 30 years for irrigation of other land which is in another survey number with pipilelining, now our parents no more, so they are not letting us to drive that water away from well... Is there any law that we can drive that water away??

What is the reason they stopped you ? better to solve the issues amicably. If your efforts are vain then you can consult a local lawyer and act accordingly

they are not ready to solve it mutually, they are saying it's in their land and you don't have permission to use it in other survey numbers,is it true that, even though we have shares in wel, it can not be driven away from the wel??
