Hello sir, I bought a penthouse flat in an apartment that's five floor apartment, and I bought the penthouse in fifth floor, beside my flat is a common terrace any one can access that. And I have a window in the common passage any one can come and beep in side my house there I can't put curtains because that is my kitchen window, so please give me a suggestion that I can I have the gate or not . And mostly my husband will go out of station and I have to allow in that house with my 10 year old son and aged my-in- law. Please suggest me how to handle this problem, because there are some person in my apartment not letting me to put a security gate.
