Regarding the family tree

Respected Sirs/Madam,

Who will decide a FAMILY TREE ?Can a third party other than family member can decide the FAMILY TREE?Who will decide a FAMILY TREE in a civil suit, if there is a third party other than the family members?A FAMILY TREE wil be authenticated by whom legally?

1.  Family Tree is based on the Class of legal heirs, under the Hindu Succession Act.


2.  The city civil courts have the jurisdiction to deal with cases relating to inheirtance issued concerning the legal heirs.

Family Tree would be finally decided by the Court and the parties may give their evidence regarding the members of the family.
