Regarding stampduty on sale deed

We as HUF co-parceners had purchased a property few months back where 2 out 4 partners are not very keen in the property and want to give up their rights.can we delete the names of the 2 partners from the sale deed by performing a correction deed and get it registered without paying stamp dut

Correction of deed is not proper, execute a relinquishment deed

If the partners religuish their rights without consideration and if the property is in Maharashtra, there is only a nominal stamp duty of about Rs.200 to 500/-
